Where to have dinner in Navàs: artisan pizza, cocktails and lingering conversation

If you're wondering where to have dinner in Navàs, here's what you'll find at L'Antiga Sastreria: a traditional town house on Passeig Ramon Vall, where dinner stretches out and the sobremesa (lingering at the table after the meal) is all part of the plan.

What's for dinner at L'Antiga Sastreria

Our speciality is handmade pizza with our own dough. The menu has two main sections:

• Classic pizzas, from €10 to €15: the Bàsica, the Vivaldi, the Carbonara, the Pernil ibèric (Iberian ham) or the Calçone «al gust del sastre» (the tailor's way).
• Signature pizzas, from €13 to €15: Boletus & Foie, Barretina with butifarra esparracada (crumbled Catalan sausage) from Cal Rovira, Ànec confitat (confit duck), Tàrtar de salmó (salmon tartare) or the black truffle pizza.

To start, there are dishes to nibble on and share: our patatas bravas with house sauce, xipirons (baby squid) with passion fruit allioli, provolone fondant with white truffle oil, beef carpaccio or homemade croquettes.

If you don't eat wheat dough

We offer a cassava (yuca) dough as an alternative. It comes individually packaged and is baked on its own tray. Please note, though: we don't have a separate kitchen, so if you're coeliac, check with us beforehand about possible traces.

Desserts and the evening

We finish with Sandro Desii artisan ice cream or homemade desserts, such as chocolate coulant, cheese coulant with pistachio or the Nutella pizza.

And as night falls, the place changes mood: house cocktails, sangrias with Brazilian cachaça, carefully chosen wines and craft beers. And in November we open on Thursdays for the Navàs T'APAssiona tapas trail.
